What SFV Biohazard Cleanup is
SFV Biohazard Cleanup is a referral service. When you call the number on this site, your call is routed to an independent local service provider that serves your area and is accepting calls at that time. We do not perform any services ourselves, we do not employ technicians, and we are not affiliated with any one company.
What happens when you call
- You call the number shown on the page.
- An automated system or an agent may ask a short question (for example, your ZIP code and what you need) so the call goes to a provider who handles that kind of job in your area.
- You are connected to the provider. You discuss the job, schedule, and price directly with them.
How this site is paid
Providers, or the call-routing networks that work with them, may pay us when a call is connected. That is how this site is funded. It does not change what you pay the provider, and you are never obligated to hire anyone you speak with.
Choosing a provider: a short checklist
- Ask for the company's legal name and, where the trade is licensed in California, its license number, then verify it with the state licensing board yourself.
- Ask for a written estimate before work starts, and ask what is and isn't included.
- Ask about guarantees or warranties in writing.
- Never pay the full amount in cash up front.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded or monitored by the call-routing provider for quality and billing purposes. If a call is recorded, you will be told at the start of the call, as required by California law.
